Robert C. Wiley, President - Bob has worked in the association group insurance field for over 44 years. He is licensed throughout the U.S. and has managed one of the most successful E & O programs for the Real Estate Appraisal Industry for the past twenty years.

Karlene Goff, Vice-President – Karlene oversees the underwriting procedures and staff. She also handles licensing and regulatory requirements throughout the U.S. Karlene has been with LIA since 1985.

Robert A. Wiley, Assistant Vice-President - Robert directs our loss prevention program and has presented over 70 loss prevention seminars to appraisers throughout the U.S. He is also involved in LIA's management and marketing and has been a part of the company since 1991.

Peter Christensen, General Counsel - Peter receives many of the calls from our insureds after they have been served with a lawsuit, threatened by a demand letter or notified of a disciplinary complaint. He has been an attorney for 15 years and graduated from the University of California at Berkeley (Boalt Hall School of Law).

Claudia Gaglione, National Claims Counsel - Claudia received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Southern California Law Center in 1982 and in 1994, Claudia and her partner, Bob Dolan, formed the law firm of Gaglione & Dolan, which specializes in the defense of professional malpractice claims. Claudia has personally supervised over 4000 claims and lawsuits filed against real estate appraisers across the country.

Paul Porter, Program Development Manager - Paul received his BA degree from Reed College and MBA from Harvard University. For over thirty years, he has worked exclusively in the insurance industry as a home office executive, broker and consultant.

Magdalena Pretorius, Administrative Assistant – Magda received her B.A. (Law), LLB from the University of Johannesburg in 1997. She completed her articles of clerkship and was admitted to practice law in the Northern Provinces of South Africa in 1999. She receives claims and legal calls and has been with LIA since 2004.
