Do you need to renew your E&O Coverage through LIA?
We value your interest and support of our E&O program and we strive to make this
an easy and fast process. As an added convenience, your renewal application can
be completed and saved online, and submitted electronically to our office. Your
data will be securely stored for greater simplicity when
amending your application and for subsequent
renewals. Alternatively, you may download your renewal application and
email, fax or mail it to LIA for processing.
